WTS – die neue Generation Gabel-/Line Array Lifte

WORK PRO Lifte werden mit dem Fokus auf höchstmögliche Sicherheit und bestmögliche Handhabung entwickelt. Mit der WTS-Serie haben die Ingenieure von WORK PRO eine neue Generation von Gabel-/Line Array Liften entwickelt, die dem Anwender das größtmögliche Maß an Sicherheit bietet und die mit DYNAMIC OVERLAP und WIRE DRIVE zwei patentierte Innovationen nutzt.

Damit verfügen alle Lifte der WORK PRO WTS-Serie bereits über nahezu alle in der neuen DIN 56950-3 geforderten Sicherheitsmerkmale.



DYNAMIC OVERLAP

Lifte müssen bei maximaler Zuladung und einem Neigungswinkel von 5° getestet werden. Alle Produkte der WTS-Serie haben diesen Test bestanden – dank des patentierten DYNAMIC OVERLAP, welches die Durchbiegung der Profile reduziert und so den Lift wesentlich robuster macht. DYNAMIC OVERLAP basiert nicht mehr auf einheitlichen Überlappungen der einzelnen Teleskope, sondern auf unterschiedlichen, speziell berechneten Überlappungen, welche den Lift statisch robuster und damit leistungsfähiger machen. Die dynamische Überlappung erhöht auch die Sicherheit um ein Vielfaches.



L/20-HORIZONTALTEST

Lifte müssen mit einer horizontal gegen den Lift angelegten Last, die der Maximallast/20 entspricht getestet werden. Alle Produkte der WTS-Serie haben diesen Test bestanden.

Unabhängig von der DIN 56950-3 hat WORK PRO eine weitere Neuerung in die WTS-Generation einfließen lassen: Alle WORK PRO WTS Lifte wurden sowohl für mechanische als auch statische Arbeitsweise kalkuliert und weisen daher zwei Gewichtsangaben auf. Somit lassen die Lifte bedeutend höhere Belastungen zu. Bei mechanischer Arbeitsweise geht man davon aus, dass die vollständige Last mittels Lift in ihre Endposition gebracht wird. Bei statischen Arbeitsweise wird der Lift ohne Last in seine Endposition gebracht, sicher verriegelt und die eigentliche Last im Anschluss mit einem Hand- oder Elektrokettenzug in die entsprechende Position gebracht.

WTS - the new generation of fork/line array lifts

WORK PRO lifts are developed with the focus on highest possible safety and best possible handling. With the WTS series, WORK PRO engineers have developed a new generation of fork/line array lifts that offers the user the highest possible level of safety and utilizes two patented innovations, DYNAMIC OVERLAP and WIRE DRIVE.

This means that all lifts in the WORK PRO WTS series already have almost all the safety features required by the new DIN 56950-3 standard.



DYNAMIC OVERLAP

Lifts must be tested at maximum load and an angle of inclination of 5°. All products of the WTS series have passed this test - thanks to the patented DYNAMIC OVERLAP, which reduces the deflection of the profiles and thus makes the lift much more robust. DYNAMIC OVERLAP is no longer based on uniform overlaps of the individual telescopes, but on different, specially calculated overlaps, which make the lift statically more robust and thus more efficient. The dynamic overlap also increases safety many times over.



L/20 HORIZONTAL TEST

Lifts must be tested with a load applied horizontally against the lift equal to the maximum load/20. All products in the WTS series have passed this test.

Independently of DIN 56950-3, WORK PRO has incorporated another innovation in the WTS generation: All WORK PRO WTS lifts have been calculated for both mechanical and static operation and therefore feature two weight specifications. This means that the lifts can handle significantly higher loads. In the case of mechanical operation, it is assumed that the complete load is brought to its final position by means of the lift. In the static mode of operation, the lift is brought to its final position without the load, securely locked, and the actual load is then brought to the appropriate position by means of a manual or electric chain hoist.
