General
The Presonus Eureka is a professional channel strip that includes a class A
microphone preamplifier, compressor, and a 3-band parametric equaliser.
The microphone preamplifier has a variable input impedance, allowing the
Eureka to handle any type of microphone or instrument.

Eureka's compressor has a soft and hard knee, individual makeup gain and a
hi-pass side chain compressor. This compressor can pump hard to generate
ultra-transparent sound and everything in between. Great for vocals, nice and
heavy for dance kicks.

The 3-band parametric equaliser has a variable Q (bandwidth) on each band
and an EQ pre-compressor switch to switch the EQ before the compressor.
The EQ has overlapping frequency sections per band for total control over
your frequency spectrum.

The Eureka has a number of microphone and instrument inputs, so you can
also use the Eureka as a front end for recording vocals, guitar, keyboards,
synths, but also as a single channel compressor/equaliser for your mixdown.

The Eureka also has a balanced send/return,
allowing you to use this channel strip as an insert on your current mixing console.
